The building staff is wonderful and very accommodating. They have a variety of office spaces in different sizes so your office can grow as your business does. Secure entry to the building after hours so you feel safe if working late or on weekends and the location is perfect in Winter Park. Overall, it's a great place to work.

Excellent service, great affordability, prime Winter Park location and very customer friendly service. I've had my counseling practice located there for almost six years and it has allowed me the flexibility to grow from day one. Especially appreciate Charmaine and the rest of the staff who make coming to work a pleasure. Also glad to see them gradually investing into the facilities by refurbishing many common spaces including bathrooms used by my clients. Highly recommend to any one looking for a flexible and professional atmosphere to relocate an existing business or those looking for a small space starting out with hopes to grow in the future as I've been able to do. A Friendly Place to conduct business. The receptionist has a professional attitude and does her best to recognize the tenants in the building by name even when she doesn't see them that often. Jessica, the Property Manager gets right back to you if there is a question or a concern you may have. Thank you for having Independent Security Services Florida Division, LLC as a Tenant for over six years!
