The building staff is wonderful and very accommodating. They have a variety of office spaces in different sizes so your office can grow as your business does. Secure entry to the building after hours so you feel safe if working late or on weekends and the location is perfect in Winter Park. Overall, it's a great place to work.

Excellent service, great affordability, prime Winter Park location and very customer friendly service. I've had my counseling practice located there for almost six years and it has allowed me the flexibility to grow from day one. Especially appreciate Charmaine and the rest of the staff who make coming to work a pleasure. Also glad to see them gradually investing into the facilities by refurbishing many common spaces including bathrooms used by my clients. Highly recommend to any one looking for a flexible and professional atmosphere to relocate an existing business or those looking for a small space starting out with hopes to grow in the future as I've been able to do. A Friendly Place to conduct business. The receptionist has a professional attitude and does her best to recognize the tenants in the building by name even when she doesn't see them that often. Jessica, the Property Manager gets right back to you if there is a question or a concern you may have. If you have need of a small office or workspace, even as small as 10x10, you can set up an office here. Reasonable rates. All kinds of small businesses, writers, counselors, massage therapists, you name it. There's a central lobby with a reception desk that has a person there to greet clients and take mail, etc. A comfortable waiting area is also available.

Crealde Business Center is by far the best experience I've had as a renter. I haven't had any issues now entering my second year here. Jessica Mostyn is very attentive and responsive to all of our needs. I can honestly say I have no complaints and I plan to be here for many years to come.

This is a busy place I'm very conveniently located if you have business meetings in the vicinity of Rollins College. Probably know that's expensive as other location might be in the area

The Crealde Business Center has made it possible for H.E.A.R.T. Initiative to grow. Because of their dedication to serving their clients with award winning smiles and personality, we at H.E.A.R.T. have successfully put 13 people back to work through our very special “Guaranteed job – Back to Work program.” Our candidates are always treated with respect and greeted professionally by their reception staff. Their conference rooms have been the main reason for H.E.A.R.T. to launch its “Entrepreneurial Program.” Our Entrepreneurial students have gone from meeting once per week at Denny’s to meeting in comfort. Their abilities to learn how to go into business in this professional setting has increased exponentially. Love my office on Aloma Ave. It is the only place in Orlando that I could find in/out access during nights and weekends without an extra charge! My office is cute, small, and mine to decorate. Other renters are friendly, cooperative, and quiet. I use a white noise machine by the door for confidentiality purposes and the conference room is a great place for groups.
